  • No confidential data, formulations, or trade secrets will be disclosed to third parties without consent
  • Confidentiality obligations continue even after project completion

5. Fees and Payments

  • All services are billed as per agreed proposals or contracts
  • Payments must be made within the specified timelines
  • Delayed payments may result in project suspension or additional charges

6. Revisions and Scope Changes

  • Revisions are limited to the agreed scope of work
  • Any additional requirements or changes may incur extra costs and timeline adjustments

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Stride ensures high-quality, industry-standard work but does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
  • Final product performance depends on multiple external factors including manufacturing, storage, and market conditions

8. Regulatory Compliance

  • Stride provides guidance based on current regulations and industry standards
  • Final responsibility for product approval, labeling, and compliance lies with the client

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice
  • Any work completed up to the termination date must be paid in full
  • Confidentiality clauses remain in effect after termination
